Act as filter, which is used to collect information and analyze it to create valuable report to Gavin. That’s what he told me this morning when I can not reply his step-by-step questions. In fact, I know my situation in the current team. Why did he say above words? I think it is because he wants me to improve myself in a short time. Gavin often is kind man with good manners, and what I should learn from him, is he can control his temperament well and always seemed as calmly. I must response more quickly and be brave in following general working.
